Bi-Lingual Corporate Paralegal: 

Alltech is a leading global supplier of natural feed additives to the animal health industry. With international sales growing at over 20% -*------ per year and increasing acceptance of natural scientifically proven solutions to global feeding issues, the company continues to experience success. Alltech is currently seeking qualified applicants for a Bi-Lingual Corporate Paralegal.

Requirements: Must be bi-lingual in Spansh/ English in both verbal and written forms; 1-2 years of direct experience as a paralegal in a law firm or in-house with company overseeing the drafting and filing of corporate documents regarding articles of association, by-laws, minutes, powers of attorney, apostles, etc.; and the filing and maintaining of the applicable corporate entity documents. Applicant should have strong verbal and written communication skills.  Applicant should have experience with Microsoft Office and Outlook programs. This person will work closely with the General Counsel and directly with local counsel throughout Central and South America on the corporate structure documents and will be relied upon to maintain the documents for each entity in these regions.  Global Experience is critical.  This person will also assist in the drafting/ reviewing of contracts of all types as well as related correspondence.  Additional duties will include drafting/ reviewing employment contracts, confidentiality agreements, licenses, leases and variety of contracts on a global scale. Other duties as assigned.
